Olab Ltd. respects the privacy of users on the websites and/or applications operated and/or managed by it and/or by its affiliated companies and/or by any third party on their behalf (hereinafter collectively, "Olab Ltd."), in all their parts, including sections, areas, or categories of the websites and/or applications and/or other designated applications (hereinafter, collectively and individually, the "Site"). Accordingly, Olab Ltd. will not use any information (as defined below) except in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By joining the Olab Ltd. customer club and/or using the Site, the user also agrees to the content of this Privacy Policy.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to clarify and explain the privacy policy regarding users' use of the Site, including how Olab Ltd. collects and uses information provided to it and/or collected by it during the use and/or browsing of the Site. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Site, whether accessed via a computer and/or any other device (such as a mobile phone, tablet, etc.), or through any service of Olab Ltd. It also applies to all types of information we collect through the Site or any other means linked to the Site (for example, contacting our customer service team via email and/or by phone).

This document is part of the Terms of Use of the Site and, for members of the customer club, also part of the customer club regulations, and these documents should be read together.

The user is aware that Olab Ltd. may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, change the provisions of this Privacy Policy and/or any other document that replaces or supplements it in regulating the privacy policy of Site users. The updated version of the Privacy Policy will always be published at http://olab-ltd.com, please visit this page regularly. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our services. If you agree with our Privacy Policy, you are welcome to proceed with your booking and enjoy your stay.

This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine form for convenience only, and all its provisions apply equally to women and men. Additionally, all singular terms should be read as including the plural where applicable, and vice versa.

The headings in this Privacy Policy are for convenience only and should not be used for interpretation purposes.

Information Collection

Olab Ltd. may collect and store any information about the visitors and users of the Site that is provided by them or collected by it as a result of and/or in connection with their use of the Site, including in connection with the Olab Ltd. customer club (hereinafter, "the Information"). The Information consists of two types, as detailed below, and includes any analysis and/or processing of such Information:

"Active Information" - Information provided by the user for various purposes (such as making a purchase through the Site, registering on the Site, registering for the customer club, registering to view content and/or a service provided on the Site that requires specific registration (if applicable), contacting customer service, etc.). Such information may include, among other things, name, address, credit card number, ID number, email, phone number, accommodation location, length of stay, etc. It is clarified that certain content and/or services on the Site may require a registration process, and all details provided during such registration will be part of the Active Information. Users are not obligated to provide any details to Olab Ltd., but failure to do so may limit their ability to view and/or use the Site and/or parts of it (including performing actions on the Site and/or eligibility for customer club benefits).

"Passive Information" - Information collected without being actively provided by users (such as: the type of browser used to access the Site, information about the computer or other device used to access the Site, user IP address, geographic data, nationality, login credentials, preferred websites and content, search preferences related to specific queries, browser type, information about the operating system of the computer, app version, language settings, pages viewed, and more). If you use a mobile device, we may also collect information to identify your mobile device, certain device settings, characteristics, and longitude/latitude details. In certain circumstances, we may provide customer support via chat and/or phone before placing an order. The purpose of this support is to assist customers with any questions before completing an order, but if the customer decides to proceed with the order on the Site, they will need to continue with the regular ordering process themselves. Accordingly, we generally do not require customers to provide any personal information such as credit card numbers or email addresses. However, if any information the customer provides is considered personal under the law, or if the customer chooses to disclose personal information, or if the collection of such personal information is necessary for pre-order support via chat and/or phone, this Privacy Policy will apply to such collected personal information.

For this purpose, it is clarified that the Site may include and/or use identification and/or tracking software and technologies such as applications that collect information ("Cookies"). These programs and applications allow the collection of information about users (including information about their personal preferences) for the proper operation of the Site, including collecting statistical data about usage, adapting the Site to personal user preferences, improving service, enhancing company products, verifying details provided via the Site, ensuring security, etc. Sometimes, activating these programs and applications requires user approval, but it is clarified that approval is not always requested. Olab Ltd. may collect and store all information (both Active and Passive) in any manner and for any duration it chooses, at its sole discretion. Accordingly, the user agrees that Olab Ltd. may include the information in one or more of its databases and/or those managed by it, whether these databases are registered or not.
